Carl Holley serves as Managing Partner of the firm and Chairman of
the Tax Department at Fowler, Holley, Rambo & Stalvey, P. C. He also
serves as Chairman of the Retirement and Employee Benefits
Departments. Carl became a shareholder in 1990. He provides a
variety of services to clients in the tax-related areas as well as
retirement and employee benefit plan consulting, estate planning and
small business consulting. He specializes in providing tax and
consulting services to clients in the construction industry and
services to financially troubled businesses.
Mr. Holley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valdosta State University
in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a
major in accounting, and received an Associate in Business
Administration from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Tifton,
Georgia.
Carl
serves as the Chairman of Finance for Park Avenue United Methodist
Church and has served on
the United Way and Red Cross Board. He has served as Chairman of the
Board of Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce and is
past-president of the board for Valdosta State University
Foundation. Carl has served as Chairman of the Valdosta-Lowndes
County Conference Center and Tourism Authority. He is a member and
past-president of the Valdosta Chapter of the Georgia Society of
Certified Public Accountants.
