Wayne Rambo serves as Vice-Chairman of the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Department.
Wayne joined the firm in July 1985 and became a shareholder on June
1, 1994. Mr. Rambo performs a wide variety of services for the
firm's clients, from accounting, auditing and tax-related services
to management advisory, technology consulting and business valuation
services. Wayne serves clients in various industries, including
construction contracting, automobile dealerships, manufacturing,
financial institutions, retail, wholesale distribution, and employee
benefit plans.
Mr. Rambo has attained the designation of Certified Valuation
Analyst (CVA) and has performed numerous business valuations for
companies in a wide variety of industries. He is an active
participant as a team captain in the peer review program of the
American Institute of CPA’s. Mr. Rambo graduated in 1986 from
Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree and a major in accounting.
Mr.
Rambo is a member and past president of the Valdosta Chapter of the
Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served
as president of the Valdosta State University Alumni Association and
as a trustee of the Valdosta State University Foundation.
